Gravity captures the author's health journey from April 2020 to April 2021. Over a 365-day health expedition, in a 24/7 fashion, the author conducted a perpetual scientific experiment on his overall health and wellness. He deployed the scientific method to explore the impact of 30 health and wellness interventions upstream, impacting 30 health and wellness indicators measured and monitored downstream.
